Use facial recognition to find all your photos and search for your slipper when you're in sight. The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete. After inserting the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable. If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, please contact sac@fotop.com, informing the code of the photo (s) (located below the image), within a maximum period of 7 days after the event, so that your request can be reprocessed

If you wish to cancel the request, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event, by email sac@fotop.pt. Cancellations will not be accepted after this period. If the minimum quantity of 10 photos is not available, you can request a refund up to 30 days after the event, through sac@fotop.com, indicating the order number. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period or refund and the cancellation will be processed in up to 30 days after the request, using the same payment method used in the request
