ATTENTION: After making the purchase, access the Fotop app or website, go to your orders and register the photo of the athlete's face (photo of one face only). Delivery of the photos: Download your photos directly through the app, in addition, in your registered e-mail, you will be notified when your photos are available for download. The photos can be delivered within 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side).

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete. After entering the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable. If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event to have your order reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you don't have a minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period
