Download your photos directly through the app, in addition, in your registered email, you will be notified when your photos are available for download. The photos can be delivered within 3 days after the publication of the event, in high resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side).

The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 30 photos per athlete. After entering the number, the package becomes personal and non-transferable. If you find photos of yourself among the unidentified files you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event in order for your request to be reprocessed

If you wish to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days in advance of the event through the e-mail sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period. If you don't have a minimum quantity of 30 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period. Refund valid only if you participate in all 4 (four) day trial of Canastra Brou or Ultra Brou and do not reach the amount of 30 photos. There will be no refund if you do not participate for all 4 (four) days and do not reach the total number of 30 photos. The refund and cancellation will be made within 30 days after the request using the payment method used in the order.
