If you do not have the minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you can request a refund up to 30 days after the event through sac@fotop.pt and inform the order number. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period.

Refund and cancellation will be made up to 30 days after the request by means of the payment method used in the request.
