ENTREGA DE FOTOS: Accede a la sección “Mis Compras” en nuestra web y descarga tus fotos.También se te notificará a tu correo electrónico registrado, cuando tus fotos estén disponibles para descargar. 

ATTENTION: To receive your photos, access the ‘My Purchases’ section on our website and make sure you upload a selfie without glasses with good definition and lighting and without other people in the photo, for the package to be effective.

PHOTO DELIVERY: Go to the ‘My Purchases’ section of our website and download your photos and you will also be notified at your registered email address when your photos are available for download. 

NOTA: La cantidad mínima de fotos garantizada en el paquete es de 10 fotos por atleta (incluyendo ruta y llegada)- Luego de subir la selfie, el paquete pasa a ser personal e intransferible.- Si encuentra sus fotos entre los archivos no identificados, debe comunicarse con sac@fotop.com, informando el código de la(s) foto(s) (ubicado debajo de la foto) dentro de los 7 días posteriores al evento para que su pedido sea reprocesado.

NOTE: The minimum amount of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete (including route and finish) - After uploading the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable - If you find your photos among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com, informing the code of the photo(s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event for your order to be reprocessed.

Política de cancelación y reembolso:

Si desea cancelar el pedido, la solicitud debe hacerse hasta 3 días antes del evento a través del correo electrónico sac@fotop.com. No habrá cancelaciones después de este período.

Si no tiene la cantidad mínima de 5 fotos ofrecidas, debe solicitar el reembolso dentro de los 30 días posteriores al evento a través de sac@fotop.com. No se aceptarán solicitudes de reembolso después de este período.

Los reembolsos y cancelaciones se realizarán dentro de los 30 días posteriores a la solicitud utilizando el método de pago utilizado en el pedido.

Cancellation and refund policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event via email sac@fotop.com. There will be no cancellations after this period.

If you do not have the minimum amount of 5 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days of the event via sac@fotop.com. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.

Refunds and cancellations will be made within 30 days of the request using the payment method used in the order.
