After collecting your race kit, you must provide your race bib or bike number to complete the package.

Download your photos directly through the Fotop app, and you will also be notified via your registered email when your photos are available for download.

Photos can be delivered within 3 days after the event is published, in high-resolution digital format (3,000 pixels on the largest side).

A quantidade mínima de fotos garantidas no pacote é de 10 fotos por atleta.

After inserting the race number, bike number or selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable, and can only be changed before the race.

If you find your photos among the unidentified files, you must contact sac@fotop.com.br, informing the code of the photo(s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event so that your order can be reprocessed.

If you wish to cancel your order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event via email to sac@fotop.com.br. There will be no cancellation after this period.

If you do not have the minimum quantity of 10 photos offered, you must request a refund within 30 days after the event via sac@fotop.com.br. Refund requests will not be accepted after this period.

Refunds and cancellations will be made within 30 days of the request using the payment method used for the order.
