PHOTO DELIVERY: Go to the "My Purchases" section on our site and download your photos. You will also be notified at your registered email address when your photos are available for download

NOTE: The minimum number of photos guaranteed in the package is 10 photos per athlete (including route and arrival) - After sending the selfie, the package becomes personal and non-transferable.- If you find your photos among the unidentified files, contact sac@fotop.com, stating the code of the photo (s) (located below the photo) within 7 days after the event to have your order reprocessed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

If you want to cancel the order, the request must be made up to 3 days before the event by emailing sac@fotop.com. There will be no cancellations after this period
